Step by Step Guide
- The first step is to take a look through our Application Form which will give you a list of what is required. Alternatively, you call us to go through it with you.
- Once you know you can provide all of the information in the Application Form, please fill it out as accurately as possible. But don’t worry if you make any mistakes, as our team will contact you to confirm all of the details are correct before moving to the next stage.
- We give you a call just to make sure that we have your details correct, and importantly, to find if there are any issues that are stopping you from moving forward. If there are issues, our team will work with you to find a solution to these issues.
- Once we have figured out the solution, we will then put your Application forward and find you a suitable Lender.
- As soon as a suitable Lender has been found, an amount has been accepted (for example 100,000 pounds), and you agree to their terms, we then compile the paperwork and send you an official Mortgage Agreement, which then allows you to search the property market to the property of your choice up to that agreed amount.
- At this point we have done our job and you will need to pay our fees for the service we have provided of connecting you to a Lender. The rest is up to you.
The Legal Process
The last part of your journey once you have found a property that you desire, will be to hire a Solicitor to process your purchase. It might be helpful to know that we have Solicitors on hand that we can refer you to if necessary.
